This Ram Navami, VJM Turns 30

Today, we are celebrating Ram Navami. A highly sacred day, the festivities commemorate the birth of Lord Ram on the ninth day of Chaitra Navratri. And in 1991, on one such pious day of Ram Navami, His Holiness Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj established Vishwa Jagriti Mission (VJM) in India’s capital city, Delhi with the pious aim of true service to mankind.

Ram Navami

Therefore, Ram Navami, the appearance day of Lord Ram, has a special place in the hearts of all vishwa jagriti mission members across country and abroad. Lord Ram is the embodiment of Dharma and on Ram Navami, our Maharajshri established VJM to keep the flag of humanity high which is the ultimate Dharma.

Right now VJM has over 80 Mandals and Sewa Samitis all over the country and abroad that work for the upliftment of the less privileged providing various services to the poor and down-trodden.

The number of Mandals and Sewa Samitis are steadily growing under the guidance of Maharajshri, who always says,

मैं अकेला ही चला था जानिब-ए-मंज़िल मगर

लोग साथ आते गए और कारवाँ बनता गया

VJM has transformed millions of lives over the years. Moreover, Maharajshri has over six million devotees all over the world who acknowledge him as their intimate friend, philosopher and guide always motivating them to move on the path of humanity and spirituality.

Today, VJM has grown into a massive organization having its strong foundation on the firm ideals followed by Maharajshri. Its diverse branches are running with the support of innumerable devotees. VJM’s main office is located at the picturesque Anand Dham Ashram in New Delhi near Bakkarwala crossing.

Amid these tough times of covid-19, VJM is working harder to provide various services to needy people- like free food camps, free health camps, peace & wellness camps, to name just a few. The unprecedented situation has motivated VJM into perhaps the most significant social experiment and it is doing it gracefully.

Karuna Sindhu Charitable Hospital, under the auspice of VJM, is doing everything it can in order to provide free and low-cost treatment to the poor and needy patients who cannot afford costly treatment.

Here are some programs running under the guidance of HH Sudhanshu JI Maharaj and Dr. Archika Didi, renowned Yoga & Meditation Guru and social worker, via Vishwa Jagriti Mission.
